Regrets

If i could go back and change one thing in my life i would choose to not have quit so many things when i was younger. I used to be in dance, softball, basketball, volleyball, ballet, and many more things. Some things i still do and stuck with is i still swim, play the piano, and tennis. I quit because i was too lazy, but my mom wanted me to be in extra curriculars, so that is why I'm still swimming, playing the piano, and tennis. Because i am doing these things, i have something to do in my free time and am good at. It affects me, because I could have been better, and doing many more things instead of just two. However this is probably a good thing, because all of those sports may have been very stressful to do every day of every year. I have regrets i didn't stick with all my other sports but also i am also thankful that i am not overwhelmed.

Most Important Value

One very important thing I value is my mom and dad. I value them a lot, because they get me almost anything I want. They provide for me and love me, which I appreciate so much. My dad works all day almost everyday just for me and my brother. My mom cleans, does laundry, cooks and takes me and my brother, Sidd, almost anywhere we want to go. She does not give me or my brother barely any chores, so she is always working hard at home. However when me or my brother misbehave or put up an attitude, she becomes something like a monster. My mom spoils us, but we do not care or complain. My dad makes sure we do not take all our stuff for granted. He can be strict, but we know he just loves us. Because he can be so strict, we are always good and respectful towards him... most of the time. Parents make us cry and laugh, which is why we love them but hate them so much.

Interesting thing I did this summer

One of the most interesting things I did this summer was work at a booth at The International Festival. Since my dad owns a restaurant called India garden, we were able to participate at the international festival  which was in Cleveland. The restaurant is far from where we live, but its a very good spot for that sort of business.  The International Festival was a great experience, and I also got paid $50. I really liked participating in this, but it was very hot. Whenever my family does something concerning the restaurant like hosting the booth, I always invite my best friend Emma. It was almost 90 degrees outside, so we were really sweaty and hot. We worked for almost 9 hours, but with a few breaks. My mom told me to always have the customer buy more, so I would ask them if they would like a somosa, or guava or mango juice. Most of them said yes and they usually always came back for more , because they were so good. I really enjoyed doing this over the summer.

Sanjana's my name.

My name is Sanjana
pronounced sun-jun-a,
not Sanjaiya or Soniya
there is no "y" it is obviously a "j".
Why can't people see?

That is why i prefer Sonny,
but both are equally cool and unique.
Urban Dictionary Defines Sanjana well and accurate,
but Sonny is an obvious description of me.

Sanjana came from a movie.
This is just so groovy,
However there was so much thought to what i would be
til the very end of me.

They bought a book and looked and looked.
They thought so hard for so long,
They did not think it would be so easy
that all they were looking for
was in something so very entertaining.

My name is Sonny.
I am sweet like honey.
Whose personality is just like the sun.
Big, bright, and bubbly.

But that is just a nickname.
Sanjana is my full name,
and is quite unique and different.
Just like me.

I am never blue,
however that is my favorite color.
I am always so cheery, and most can agree that that is better
than me being mean.

I would not want to be any other thing than Sanjana or Sonny.
This is me.
Always will be.
And i do not regret a single thing.

Rule

One rule i have is that people cannot be dishonest or steal from me. That is not loyal and i lose all my trust and faith in them for a very long time. It takes a very long time to build someone else's trust, and if they break it , it takes even longer to build it back up. One should never steal from another person, because it is not right fully theirs, and if they find out they might not even let you borrow anything of theirs thinking you may never return it. a person should always ask if they will borrow anything too, so I do not waste my time searching for it later, also i probably will be hesitant to let them even touch my belongings in the future. Lying and stealing is very disrespectful and rude. Lying and stealing will make it very hard for me to keep being their friend and will damage out trust for a very long time.
