Convincing

One time I had to convice someone of something was when I got my phone. I got it by promising my parents certain responsibilities that i would have to keep up with, such as going to swimming whenever it was scheduled, getting good grades, not staying home, and watching TV. I also could not be on the internet all day long, which is what I did most of the time. Before recently I was not fulfilling my tasks successfully, however once second semester started I have been trying harder, and i have been doing more productive things in my free time rather than being on my laptop or iPhone all day long. Instead i have been studying, or doing my assignments. Since my parents have seen my improvement I am able to keep my phone, and not have it taken away.

OGT's

History is the portion of the OGT's i am most unprepared for. I feel like I am unprepared for History most is because we have not taken any practice tests in class like I have in all of my other classes. I could fix this by taken online practice tests, although if I get any question wrong I would not have a teacher to explain to me why I had gotten it wrong. Just a pre written explanation i might not understand. In other classes, such as math, the more practice tests we have taken i have gotten better each time. One reason i have gotten better is because if i did not understand any question my teacher would explain it to me, and i would remember and get any answer resembling that question right. I might be able to understand if i go onto other websites other than the OGT practice websites, such as ask.com, yahooanswers.com, or wikipedia.com.
